  • Who can use this program?
    ClearLead Digital clients who participate in Enterprise Bank & Trust's analysis credit program may use available credits toward eligible ClearLead Digital invoices. Contact Enterprise Bank to confirm your account's eligibility and available balance.
  • Can I use my credits for work already completed?
    Yes. You can submit current ClearLead Digital invoices to Enterprise Bank for payment using your available analysis credits.
  • Can I purchase services before I need them?
    Yes. Email hello@clearleaddigital.com to arrange a purchase of service credits. Purchased service credits must be used within 12 months of purchase.
  • Are analysis credits and service credits the same thing?
    No. Enterprise Bank analysis credits are credits available through your banking relationship. ClearLead service credits are prepaid services added to your ClearLead Digital account. You can request that Enterprise Bank use your available analysis credits to pay the invoice for your service credit purchase.
  • Does Enterprise Bank need ClearLead's vendor paperwork?
    We'll provide our W-9 and company information to Enterprise Bank so payments can be processed quickly.
  • How do I check my available Enterprise Bank credits?
    Email PMTeam@enterprisebank.com to confirm your available analysis credits, program requirements, and any applicable submission deadlines.
  • What if my available credits don't cover the full invoice?
    Contact Enterprise Bank's team to confirm how any remaining balance would be handled before arranging payment.
