Alex Zweydoff is a self-taught SEO strategist, digital marketing expert, and content creator with a deep-rooted background in real estate and property management. A recognized industry leader, who’s reputation is known for dedication, trust, & transparency. Over the past two years, he has transitioned his industry expertise into the digital space, all while trying to achieve the same goals as our clients. This here is what lead him to co-founding ClearLead Digital with fellow property management expert and marketing professional Lacy Hendricks. Together, they built a digital marketing agency focused on transparency and results—serving property managers and real estate professionals.

As a SEMRUSH Ambassador, Alex brings a sharp understanding of search engine optimization, social media strategy, online reputation, and content development, using data-driven techniques to help clients rank higher, generate more quality leads, and build stronger brands online. He specializes in combining storytelling with SEO best practices to craft content that resonates with audiences and performs on search engines.

Since starting his property management and real estate career in 2012, Alex has successfully leased thousands of properties and led high-level business development efforts at Allegiant Management Group, where he continues to serve as Director of Business Development. His professional designations include RMP® (Residential Management Professional) from NARPM®, as well as PSA, C2EX, and AHWD certifications from the National Association of REALTORS®.

Alex is a passionate advocate for private property rights, ethical marketing, and affordable housing. He holds leadership positions in Florida REALTORS®, NARPM®, the Osceola County Association of REALTORS®, and the East Orlando Chamber of Commerce. His contributions have earned him accolades like the 2024 NARPM® Florida Advocate of the Year and the 2024 Tomorrow’s Leaders Today Award.

When he’s not optimizing a website, advancing the property management industry, or speaking at industry events, Alex enjoys reading, giving back to his community, and spending time with his husband, Daniel.
