Alex Zweydoff, MPM®, RMP® is the Chief Executive Officer at ClearLead Digital. He is a self-taught SEO strategist and digital marketing expert. He places a strong focus on content development and content creation.

Alex has a strong background in business development, specifically in the real estate and property management industry. He is a Certified Property Manager. People recognize him for his innovative marketing strategies that draw the attention of property owners. These strategies help property management companies reach achievable and scalable growth, offering a unique advantage to ClearLead Digital clients.

An industry leader known for dedication, trust, and transparency, Alex has earned recognition. In the last two years, he has moved his industry skills into the digital world, aiming to reach the same goals as our clients.

This is what led him to co-found ClearLead Digital with property management expert Lacy Hendricks. Together, they built a digital marketing agency focused on transparency and results, serving property managers and real estate professionals.

As a SEMrush Ambassador, Alex understands search engine optimization and social media strategy well. He uses data-driven methods to help clients rank higher, generate more quality leads, and build stronger brands online. Alex is Google AI Professional Certified and Google Analytics Certified, and is also a Certified Specialist in Ahrefs' Marketing Intelligence Platform.

He focuses on blending storytelling with SEO best practices. This helps create content that connects with audiences and ranks well on search engines.

Since he began his property management and real estate career in 2012, Alex has leased thousands of properties. He has also led important business development efforts at Allegiant Management Group from 2017 to 2026.

He holds professional designations including the MPM® (Master Property Manager) and RMP® (Residential Management Professional) from NARPM®. He also holds PSA, C2EX, and AHWD certifications from the National Association of REALTORS®.

Alex is a passionate advocate for private property rights, ethical marketing, and affordable housing. He holds leadership positions across the industry, including 2026 Florida REALTORS® Director, 2026 Florida REALTORS® Property Management Breakout Group Vice-Chair, and 2026 Osceola REALTORS® Director.

When Alex is not working on websites or making content, he helps with property management and real estate by being a leader and advocating for change. He is also a speaker at various events. In his leisure time, Alex loves reading, his cats, contributing to his community, and spending quality time with his husband, Daniel.
