Lacy Hendricks, MPM®, RMP®

Lacy Hendricks is the Chief Operating Officer at ClearLead Digital, where she helps property management companies get found online with SEO that works in real markets. Her background blends years in property management, real estate, tech, and governmental affairs, giving her a rare mix of industry understanding and digital skill. That mix lets her build search strategies that drive real traffic and steady growth for PM companies across the country.

Lacy's real estate career began in 2014 when she joined Hendricks Property Management. She moved quickly from licensed agent to broker while stepping into leadership inside her local NARPM chapter. She has served on multiple governmental affairs committees, worked with city leaders on housing issues, and held the role of President of the San Antonio NARPM Chapter. Her work has earned several awards, including Property Manager of the Year (2024, SABOR), NARPM Volunteer of the Year (2023), and the Legislative Champion Award (2018, SABOR). In 2025, she received the NARPM Spirit of the PAC Award for her service and involvement.

Lacy is SEOSpace Certified, giving her specialized knowledge in optimizing websites for search. This training adds to her strong experience and helps her support property managers whose websites need clear structure, targeted content, and strong technical health. She brings hands-on care to Squarespace, WordPress, Wix, HighLevel, and other site builders, keeping the focus on what helps property managers earn real visibility.

With a deep understanding of how owners choose a management company, and how local markets move, Lacy now focuses on building SEO strategies that bring in steady, qualified leads. She works with property managers to understand search trends, fix weak spots on their sites, and create content that matches what people actually look for. She has also optimized digital campaigns for political candidates and published authors, giving her a wide view of how people find information online. Before ClearLead Digital, Lacy worked in tech support roles for Facebook and managed CRM and marketing operations for an investment firm. These roles helped her build steady skills in data, communication, and user experience. She applies those skills to every SEO project she leads.
