She began her career in the call center industry, where five years of client-facing work sharpened her ability to manage complex interactions, solve problems quickly, and perform in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.

Over the past five years as a Virtual Assistant, Rhiz has expanded her expertise across multiple industries, supporting executives and teams with operational coordination, administrative strategy, and workflow management.
